Q: What types of bank accounts can I give from?
Electronic debits can be made only from your personal checking account.
Q: Can I give using my debit or credit card?
Yes. You can give using a debit or credit card (Visa, Master Card, Discover, and American Express). We do not encourage incurring debt on credit cards to give to the church. If you do use your credit card, please be sure to pay the entire amount of your monthly giving each month.
Q: Do I have to pay any additional fees by giving online?
No. You will not be charged any additional fees.
Q: Can I make a one-time contribution?
Yes. A one-time contribution can be made at any time.
Q: What are the options for repeating contributions?
- You can give weekly, every two weeks, semi-monthly, quarterly, or annually. (Please see “How to Give Online” for instructions on how to schedule your repeating contributions.)
- In addition, you can also make a one-time gift to any scheduled contribution at any time.
Q: Can I change my personal information, the amount, or the frequency of my giving after I have created my account?
Yes. You can make changes to your account information at any time. You can also change the frequency or amount of your giving, schedule a new contribution, or stop your contribution at any time.
Q: Can I review my contribution history online?
Yes. You can view and print your giving history, and use the printed copy for tax purposes.
Q: Why can’t I see my contribution history?
If you are trying to view your contribution history on a new account, please note that it takes approximately 5-7 business days before you can view your contribution history. During this time-frame we verify that your login is securely linked to your giving record.
Q: Can I designate my giving to a specific campus?
Yes. You can easily designate your giving to the campus of your choice. We encourage you to give to the campus where you attend. (Please see “How to Give Online” for instructions.)
Q: Can I split my giving between multiple funds?
No. However, you can give to multiple funds by creating a separate schedule for each fund. (Please see “How to Give Online” for instructions.)
Q: How will I know if I have set up my gift correctly?
Immediately after you have finished setting up your gift, you will see a ‘Success’ message.
Q: Will I receive a confirmation email?
Yes. Once the gift is received, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you have listed in LifeBridge Central. (Please note: the email sender will be notifications@CCBChurch.com.) You can also log into LifeBridge Central and view your transactions on the Financial Tab of your profile.
Q: How can I prevent someone else from accessing my account?
The system will log you out automatically after approximately 60 minutes of inactivity. However, you should log out of your account to make sure your account information is not accessible by other users of your computer. As with any online payment activity, we suggest that in addition to logging out of your account, you also close your internet browser. You can then open a new browser session for any other internet activity.
